FAQ

Returns
We do not accept returns on items that have been opened (if the product has a seal that has been removed.) However if your item is faulty we will replace it or if your order is incorrect we will send out what is missing and would ask for the incorrect item to be returned. Please note we only replace an item if this is within 14 days of receiving your order.

Any order already marked as shipped can't be cancelled/refunded.

Incorect Address
If you have put the incorrect address and it has been shipped, we are not responsible for what happens with the parcel however if the parcel is returned back to us we will contaced you and we can correct the address.

International Orders
Any orders made outside the EU please be aware customs charges may apply, unfortunately this is out of our control. If you do not want to pay customs & your parcel gets returned we can refund you the amount for the products only the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Ingredients
Please read the ingredients (on the box & website) and patch test all products 24hrs before use. We are not responsible for any reactions caused.
